SAP WOMEN IN TECH x F10 FE:MALEONEZERO

Women in STEM is a vital topic that deserves greater visibility. SAP Women in Tech, in collaboration with F10 Fe:maleOneZero—an online magazine focused on transformative tech storytelling—launched a content-driven initiative to empower women and amplify their voices in global leadership. The goal was to connect, mentor, and increase the visibility of women in tech. Together, we spotlighted SAP’s female leaders who are shaping the future through a diverse content series of online talks, interviews, social media features, and video storytelling each designed to spark dialogue, share insights, and highlight the value of mentorship and equality.

CLIENT: SAP & F10 Fe:maleOneZero

WHEN: 2021-2024

SCOPE: Social Media Campaigns / Virtual Event Production / Interview Formats / Branding & Design / Multi-Channel Content Series

To highlight diversity and inclusion in STEM, we developed a short-form video series featuring SAP’s female leaders and their industry contributions. Each story was crafted through collaborative storyboarding, with participants recording themselves from around the world. This approach allowed for authentic and personal storytelling while ensuring consistency across the series. The campaign successfully amplified underrepresented voices in tech and sparked meaningful engagement.

As part of the SAP Women in Tech collaboration, we launched a successful content series featuring bite-sized interviews for social media and longer, in-depth interviews for the website. The series highlighted the experiences and achievements of women across the network, promoted the importance of mentorship, and served as a source of inspiration. By amplifying underrepresented voices and showcasing the impact of female leadership in tech, the campaign drove strong engagement and increased website traffic.

Live talk with SAP Women in Tech & F10 Fe:maleOneZero - The Global Innovation Race: Is Germany Falling Behind

Social Media Snippet - The Global Innovation Race: Is Germany Falling Behind

"Don't pretend or try to be someone you aren't for a job or company. If you know what you are good at and what you want, do exactly that and become an expert at it."

"Education, knowledge, and experience are things that can grow indefinitely. IT, as a field of work, offers you limitless possibilities - use them with enthusiasm and humility."

My Highlight! Working with so many inspiring women was truly a privilege. Hearing their stories and learning how they’ve grown in their careers was both motivating and meaningful. Through this collaboration, I also gained valuable insights into topics like gamification, cybersecurity, AI, and more.
