CIRCULAZE NIGHT & SUMMIT
The CIRCULAZE Night and Summit took place on the 7th & 8th of November, 2023. This is a yearly event that takes place over two unforgettable days of inspiration and motivation. On the first day, CIRCULAZE Night, an exclusive event with guests from the worlds of business, science, and politics begins and the unveiling of the Top 21 Circular Economy Start-ups of 2023 are celebrated for their achievements.
The following day is the main event, the CIRCULAZE Summit. This full-day conference is where corporate decision-makers, start-ups, experts, multipliers, and investors from the world of the circular economy come together to exchange ideas, discuss the latest trends, and network. With top-class speakers, engaging workshops, a Start-up Village, and a campus of students from partner universities, it creates a vibrant community of circular economy enthusiasts to connect and exchange.

Executed strategic social media campaigns to boost awareness, ticket sales, and partner engagement. The 100-Day Countdown—our most successful campaign—highlighted speakers, partners, and key sessions across platforms, with content tailored to CIRCULAZE’s brand voice and design. I also managed real-time social coverage to capture key moments and engage attendees. Post-event, I sustained momentum with recap articles and collaborative content to extend impact and keep the community engaged.

A key focus of the event strategy was fostering collaboration with partners, start-ups, and universities, who participated as focal points such as Topic Room speakers and more. I developed tailored social media kits, coordinated cross-posting strategies, and supported partners in promoting their involvement, ensuring consistent branding, expanded reach, and a strong shared message.

Developing a clear design brief and cohesive visual identity to align every asset with the brand’s tone and style was key to keeping the CIRCULAZE brand alive and consistent. I designed key materials, including attendee badges, presentation templates, event videos, partner documents, and more. I also helped manage design elements like our signature green carpet and photo wall, enhancing both the experience and visual consistency throughout the event.
