SUMMER TALKS

Summer Talks was an exclusive event with a focus on “Sustainability as a Security Strategy: How Companies are Positioning Themselves More Resiliently in an Unstable World Order.” With around 40 entrepreneurs and corporate leaders in attendance, the evening featured a fireside chat with Prof. Wolfgang Ischinger, former Ambassador and President of the Munich Security Conference Foundation. The discussion focused on the intersection of sustainability, resilience, and geopolitics exploring how businesses can strengthen their positioning in an ever changing global landscape.

Getting partners excited to participate was crucial. As this was an exclusive event, outreach was done via newsletters and email campaigns tailored to CIRCULAZE’s brand voice. Each send-out engaged partners and invitees with event updates, speaker highlights, and key takeaways in a cohesive, on-brand format—boosting attendance, strengthening partner relationships, and building anticipation for the event.

Collaboration is key. Working closely with our event partner ODDO BHF, I coordinated the development of essential materials and promotional assets, including media kits and branded communication tools. In the lead-up to the event, we also conducted an interview with one of their senior advisors to spark interest in sustainability topics and build momentum.

I captured and coordinated photo and video documentation to support live social coverage and post-event storytelling. Additionally, I contributed to the post-event article to extend reach, drive engagement, and reinforce CIRCULAZE’s position as a thought leader.

"The Circular Economy is nothing more than the extension of a product's life cycle, making it more sustainable and profitable for all stakeholders."

My Highlight! The fireside chat with Prof. Wolfgang Ischinger, former Ambassador and President of the Foundation Board of the Munich Security Conference (MSC), brought incredible depth to the evening. The discussion was powerfully relevant and inspired thoughtful conversations among attendees. His perspective on “Sustainability as a Security Strategy” challenged the audience to think beyond climate and consider resilience on a geopolitical scale.
